What seemed a simple word “neuroplasticity” became a highly complicated and a
difficult process for individuals to apply it to their lives? I started studying
behaviours of my patients and the people around me and realized that there are
many issues which were half explained or left out and felt there was a void in individual
So I formulated the findings into ten different laws to make
the process of neuroplasticity more achievable and lucid. This I am referring to the
old habits and behaviors which are interfering in an individual’s life and most individuals
including me find it difficult to overcome. Some have defined this as fixed
How our mind gets so tempted to get into a mode of fixed thinking?
I have tried to explain with the 10 laws of neuroplasticity with the help of the research
work done by many researchers and tried to explain the concept of automation
of thoughts. I am highly indebted to the various scientist, psychology colleagues,
and neuroscientist for helping me prove the ten laws of neuroplasticity and
automations of thoughts. I have made specific references to the work which have
been used to prove my point I may not be so well versed with the art of presentation,
but I hope to reach the minds of my learned colleagues, seniors and experts,
so a discussion on automations of thoughts and further interventions can be designed
on the basis of the laws.
I strongly feel that in a world where technology is changing by the moment, interventions
and deeper understanding of the automation is a must.
